Gladiator Consulting, LLC was founded in January of 2016 with the goal of providing “an honest perspective on business strategy and marketing choices.”
When asked about the name of her company, the CEO replied:
I want my clients to be able to hand off all of their distractions so they can focus on being prepared for the next “battle” they face. I picture gladiators as people who are capable, nimble and extremely goal and success oriented. It takes boldness to take a stance based on integrity in today’s world, and her brand vision was clear from the very beginning. Every answer had specific themes that supported her business objectives. Thus the challenge of creating a brand identity for Gladiator Consulting — trustworthy, strong, strategic and effective — was on.
The name “Gladiator” has strong ties to Ancient Roman imagery, so we were able to narrow our design direction quickly. The client wanted to incorporate laurels because of their historic association with the concept of victory. Officials placed laurels on the heads of victors at the various sporting events that were characteristic of this period. The helmet was the most iconic and versatile image to associate with the name.
The client was “meeting-ready” with business cards and a statement of qualifications flyers.
One page sites are perfect for startups because they are budget-friendly, yet effective in delivering the content that will prompt users to reach out for further information.
